Course Cancellation by UniLr

In the unlikely event that UniLr cancels a course, you will receive a full refund of the course fees. We will notify you of such cancellations as soon as possible and provide details on the refund process.

Student-Initiated Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, please review the following guidelines:

• Cancellation within 24 hours of Enrollment:

  
  

  • You may cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the course has not yet started.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team at care@unilr.com with your enrollment details.

• Cancellation after 24 hours of Enrollment:

  
  

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours after enrollment but before the course start date, you will receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
    
    

Refund Process

• All refund requests must be made in writing to care@unilr.com.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you experience a significant personal emergency (e.g., serious illness, family emergency), please contact our support team as soon as possible. We may offer refunds or course credits on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

• Fees for course materials, textbooks, and any third-party services are non-refundable.
• Discounts and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
